WHAT is WHAT?

WHY we develop bad habits…and their consequences

As we get older and the demands placed upon us increase we start to develop bad habits and with our backs more developed and stronger we are still able to move ourselves around “with the brakes on”. We start to interfere with the primary control : stiffening our necks, retracting our heads back and down onto the spine, pulling down and contracting the spinal column and narrowing the back ( preventing free movement of the ribs and breathing ).The limbs get drawn and tangled into the back !

Why mis-use is bad for our health !

All this contraction and pulling down not only wastes a lot of energy but damages us in the process. It puts unnecessary pressure and awkward demands on :  the bones and joints, the muscles, the ligaments ( viz. our skeletal and muscular systems). Mis use can put pressure on all our internal organs and circulatory systems giving them less room to function and displacing them. The digestive and respiratory systems suffer as do the blood circulation and lymphatic systems : in other words  blocked  drains !

How we use ourselves affects how every aspect of our system functions.

MIS-USE can be compared to driving a car with the handbrake on …it goes for a while but then packs up!
